At TENSANOVA®, we value your time and appreciate your cooperation with our appointment and payment policies. All amounts below are in USD.

Appointment Deposits.Most services require a $100 deposit. Medical consultations require a $50 deposit. Your deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service at your appointment.

Cancellations and Rescheduling:Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

With at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit may be kept for your rescheduled appointment. If you do not wish to return, your deposit will be refunded.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows: If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, or do not attend your appointment, you will forfeit only the deposit paid: $50 or $100. No additional cancellation or no-show fee applies.

Prepaid Packages and Follow-Up Appointments: Appointments for sessions included in a prepaid package and follow-up visits do not require an additional deposit. No cancellation or no-show fee currently applies to these appointments. We still request at least 24 hours’ notice when you cannot attend.

Treatment and Package Refunds: Purchased treatments and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable, including unused treatments or sessions. Appointment deposits are handled separately under the cancellation terms above.
